Raj Mann
Managing Director
Raj is the Managing Director at Leo Healthcare Group, where he leads the senior management team.
His primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless operation of the business. As a hands-on, client-facing professional, he engages directly with clients, case managers, and solicitors. Additionally, he collaborates closely with the Leo Healthcare Group Clinical Team to guarantee that all care packages are delivered to the highest possible standards. Raj is passionate about driving positive change in the lives of clients.
With a solid foundation in finance and operations, he discovered his true vocation in the complex care sector. Before joining Leo Healthcare Group, he amassed significant experience as Operations Director at a large CQC-registered national healthcare group, where he oversaw implementation & management of over 300 client care packages.
Raj thrives on addressing challenging situations and believes that “impossible” is merely a starting point. He enjoys working alongside his internal team and the broader multidisciplinary team (MDT) to achieve client goals, deriving immense satisfaction from witnessing their progress and transformation. He is committed to this industry and feels that it is where he is meant to be, and considers himself very fortunate to have such a fulfilling role in the care sector.
Eleanor Jerahwenya
Head of Clinical Services
Eleanor is the Head
of Clinical Services at the Leo Healthcare Group. She is vastly experienced
with over 30 years’ experience in complex healthcare services.
She is a Registered
Nurse with a Batchelor of Science in Adult Critical Care who has held various
roles in both general intensive care (ICU) and community complex care settings.
Her primary focus is on delivering high-quality clinical services while
providing strategic direction for complex care initiatives across the Leo
Healthcare Group.
Eleanor is dedicated to ensuring safe, person-centered care
and possesses a deep understanding of complex and intricate community
healthcare systems.
In her role, Eleanor excels at coordinating clinical
services and has a wealth of experience in quality assurance and clinical
governance. Throughout her career, she has effectively led and managed diverse
teams, showcasing her ability to engage with individuals at all levels and
inspire staff to reach their full potential.
Driven by her passion for delivering exceptional care, Eleanor
is committed to cultivating a culture of innovation and collaboration within
the organisation. Her leadership not only enhances the quality of care provided
